Here we have a replica tool for the Mp44 / Stg44 it was used to remove the handguard and undo the gas nutt - i wanted one for my STG but could not find any so i made some on my lathe - hope it helps a few folks out . After making them i blacked them and aged them so they had the right look to them.
The tool fits in the Butt of the rifle.
