We are suppliers of firearms and accessories at excellent prices for all kinds of shooters from Target shooters to hunters and general plinkers.

 

We are primarily Internet based company which aim to get all orders posted out same/next day. However we have now opened a shop as well so if you would like to visit us please call for directions or see our contact us page, we have many fantastic offers in store.

Delivery / Postage / Tracking

​

Due to the high level of fraud & scams we only deliver to a cards registered address. We send all items tracked and signed for with royal mail ( you may request tracking info at any time). We may also use Parcel force curriers for oversized items - these will also be tracked and signed for. 

 

New Items warranty :

 

New items come with 1 year manufacturers warranty as set out in their terms and conditions, some manufacturers offer longer warranties (please see items warranty card or website for more info). If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us or the manufacturer as set out in their t&c.

 

 

2nd Hand Items and guns :

Do the guns come with warranty ?

 

We are selling most guns on the 2nd hand gun page on behalf of our customers so unfortunately we cannot offer a warranty on any second hand items we sell on their behalf. If you collect the gun / item from us you have the chance to inspect it fully before buying and if we send the gun / item to your local RFD you can inspect the gun / item and if you are not happy return it for a refund as long as the item is in the same condition it left us ( un-damaged and un-used )  We do not refund postage costs.

 

 

Can i change my mind ?

 

Yes - if you buy your second hand gun from us in store and are unhappy with it you can return it to us within 7 days of purchase for a refund as long as the item is in the same condition as it left us and is unfired and un-used.  14 days when bought unseen online or over the phone from date of delivery to RFD.

 

After 14 days we send the funds to the customer who we are selling the item for and at this point we do not accept returns, however we can re sell the gun/item for you in the same manner you bought it.

 

Due to the nature of reloading and some customers overloading rounds and damaging firearms and then trying to return them saying "the barrel was blown up when i bought it" we cannot accept a gun back that has been fired. This applies to new and second hand.

 

Inspection - we inspect and photograph all firearms before sale or shipping.

 

 

How much is shipping for firearms to RFDs?

 

We charge £50 to ship most firearms to your local RFD insured in re-used boxes with packing -  extra charges may apply for high value items for insurance.

 

£5 -   for £500 cover total

£10 - for £1000 cover total

£15 - for £1500 cover total

£20 - for £2000 cover total

£25 - for £2500 cover total

What happens if it arrives damaged ?

 

If the gun / item arrives with you / your RFD damaged they / you must sign for it as damaged and notify us within 24hrs of delivery. We will contact the courier to start an investigation and make a claim and refund your money or replace the item if possible once the claim is complete. We will require photos of the damage and the original packaging as evidence to support the claim - failure to comply will result in a rejected claim and consequentially we will be unable to refund you. If you opted not to pay for insurance on your order you will only be refunded for the amount that is covered by the postage option you selected at time of ordering.


Returns

Should you wish to return any new items to us you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date if accompanied by a receipt and if the item is returned to us un-used, un-opened and un-damaged in original condition. We do not pay for return postage and do not refund the cost of the original postage only the cost of the goods. The goods must be sent back with signed for mail, proof of posting is not acceptable as proof of receipt of goods. (this does not include special / custom order items as these cannot be returned) You must contact us first to get a returns number.


Standard Cancellation on non delivered orders

Should you wish to cancel an order that you have not yet received you may do so and get a refund. If the item has already shipped from us to you then you can return it to us as per the t&c on returns. If the item has shipped to us from a supplier then you may still cancel your order but we may charge you a fee to ship the goods back to the supplier. If they charged us a re stocking fee then we will pass this charge on to you.


Non cancel-able order 

If you have placed a non cancel-able order we will not accept a cancellation on this item. In most cases this is on a special item that we have imported or had made especially for you to your spec or requirements and we cannot return it to the manufacturer.

Deposit

​

If you place an order for an item and pay us a deposit to hold or order the item and then change your mind or cancel the order we do not refund your deposit - this applies to all orders, this is the nature of a deposit.

International delivery

​

We only deliver to a UK address. This is due to the very high level of fraud, loss, and complexity of shipping international. We only delivery to a UK address matching the card holders details.

Valuations 

 

If you bring a firearms in store for us to sell we will verbally value the item for you foc. If you wish us to value an item for insurance purposes and prepare a written quote we charge £25 if you wish us to attend an estate to value a large number of firearms we will charge £50 + fuel costs - this fee may be waived if we then sell the firearms on your behalf.

 

 

Black List !

Customers that have failed to pay for goods/ orders, cheated, lied, committed fraud or other such underhanded  methods will be added to our / our partners black list and banned from using Valmont Firearms, any of our clubs or ranges. BE WARNED !
